Product description:

The NaClO sodium hypochlorite generator is a new type of equipment for the production of NaClO solution locally. It is widely used in NaClO neutralization. The operating principle is as follows: when a certain voltage is applied to an electrolyte tube containing a solution of NaCl, a series of electrolytic reactions take place, and finally, a solution of sodium hypochlorite is formed.

The working steps of the sodium hypochlorite system:

1. The salt is dissolved in the tank to make a saturated brine (25%).

2. Dilute to 3% after filtration. (If using seawater as a raw material must be treated before electrolysis)

3. Host electrolysis;

4. Final product - Liquid sodium hypochlorite (5000ppm) in the storage tank.

5. Controlled by an intelligent PLC control center and sent to the pipeline by a metering pump.

6. Mix with water in an inline mixer.

7. Residual chlorine meter adjusts the amount according to the pre-set data.
